@ Hatha Yoga Begin with a solid foundation in Yoga with Hatha Yoga practice. Hatha is also wonderful for the endlessly busy person as Hatha invites us to slow down, while strengthening; this requires that we hold the poses longer. The benefits are balanced strength, alongside maintaining a steadily relaxed and calm mind. Great for any beginner, or for a day where a bit more rest is needed, while also still receiving the 'workout benefits' of strengthening and stretching your muscles.

@ Power Yoga Tap into the power within you as you flow through standing and balancing postures, that are considerate of where you are today, while being inspired to continue to delve deeper into your potential.
Be encouraged to create heat from the inside, out, with the power of your breath. Burn away body and mind toxins in this class. Come out of the hour feeling centered, grounded, and invigorated!
Prerequisite: 3-6 Months of Experience in Hatha Yoga and/or Restorative Yoga Suggested Before Beginning Power Yoga.

@ Yoga & Pilates Fusion Practice any and everything to do with the core; we focus in on strengthening, toning, and stretching our stomachs and backs, thanks to our extensive Yoga & Pilates knowledge that is drawn upon in this class.
Prerequisite: Beginners & Experienced Welcome.

@ Yin Yoga Sit and lie down in hip, back, pelvis and leg stretches for three to five minutes for each pose. Great for curing sciatic pain or fatigue from your day! Everyone always wonders where the time goes in these classes!
Prerequisite: Experience in Hatha Yoga suggested.

@ Restorative Yoga Give your central nervous system recieves a complete break from the 'doing.' You are arranged into poses that work into your hips and low backs, chest and heart areas while you rest. This practice requires the use of bolsters (bolsters are yoga pillows) & blankets for increased support.
No experience necessary. Restorative Yoga is beneficial for Beginners & Experienced.

@ Reiki-Yoga Sink into your most serene self, as you are assisted by pillows and (if desired) surrounded by aromatherapy (natural and chemical-free oils). This hour and fifteen minutes allows you to feel the work of the poses at the class' end, without overly exerting yourself on a day when you need rest and relaxation. Reiki-Yoga reminds us of the bliss of receiving.
No Experience Necessary; drink plenty of water 3 hours before start time so it has the chance to cleanse and leave the body before we begin.
